This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses, lost profits, or damages arising from errors or omissions within the software.

effortless.fi provides tools for managing financial information, including tracking income, expenses, investments, and other assets. Our service helps users visualize their financial status and trends over time.
You are responsible for keeping your account information secure. You agree to use the service solely for finance management and not for unlawful activities. You agree to provide accurate information when connecting accounts or entering data.
We respect your privacy and believe your data belongs to you. At effortless.fi, we don’t sell your data and are committed to protecting your information. Our Privacy Policy describes in detail how we collect, use, store, and share your information — including how we handle Google user data if you use the Google Drive integration — and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Our service may integrate with financial institutions and third-party applications. We do not assume responsibility for the data accuracy provided by third parties or their practices.
Google Drive. The service offers an optional integration that lets you import files from your Google Drive into your effortless.fi document vault. Access is read-only and limited to the specific files you explicitly select through the Google file picker; we copy those files into the service at your request and do not otherwise access your Google Drive. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See the "Google User Data" section of our Privacy Policy for a full description of the data accessed, how it is used and stored, and how to revoke access.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at our discretion.
effortless.fi is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or availability.
effortless.fi is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our service.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for the latest updates. Your continued use of the service indicates your acceptance of any updated terms.
